Our room, No. 10, had a slight slope that suited the character of the place. The hotel is in a lovely 600-year-old building right in the city centre, with the original wood floors and beams preserved alongside modern, authentic rooms. Breakfast was what you'd expect at a 3-star hotel. There's no parking on site, but the island's larger lot is a 10-minute walk away and costs €8 for 24 hours. A definite recommendation if you're after something a bit different.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and breakfast, though not extensive, was included and enough to start the day well. It's a beautiful hotel in a 13th-century building, with well-equipped rooms that mix old and new in an interesting way. Our room had such a noticeable lean that walking from the bathroom to the bed could feel like going uphill. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a great time in the junior suite. The hotel is a lovely little boutique place on Lindau Island, with a fantastic breakfast, a great location and really friendly staff. Highly recommend!!

My wife had a medical emergency during our stay and ended up in hospital for three days. The staff did everything they could to help me. They were incredibly accommodating, and I'm grateful for all of it. The hotel is in a 600-year-old building, carefully restored while keeping many original details. Our room had an old-fashioned look with high-tech touches, including touch lights with dimmers, Bose sound and rain shower heads. There was style everywhere. 12 out of 10. We'll come back and enjoy the place properly next time. Thank you for everything!

We loved staying here. The rooms were really nice, breakfast was good, and the staff were lovely. A special shoutout to Beda at breakfast, who was so helpful and empathetic while I was dealing with some personal struggles. Give her a raise :)
