I can't really put into words how much I enjoyed staying here. Everything felt so welcoming, from the kind staff to the magical spa and atmosphere. The food was delicious, and they even sent me off with a loaf of bread.

Ice was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. They sorted out several things for us, including parking and timing, gave good advice on getting the most out of the hotel's many amenities, and stayed late so we could check in after arriving relatively late. It made our stay much better. Thank you, Ice! The hotel is good, with a nice spa that has a pool, rooftop infinity pool, sauna, and steam room. Breakfast is free and pretty nice, with a few standout items like honeycomb. The area is lovely, and the town is great for walking around.

The hotel took great care of me before and after the Sparkasse marathon, and I've never felt so pampered. I booked a room to treat myself since I was running the race. Having the starting line right outside was convenient, and the spa, pool, and wellness services were another big plus. The staff were so polite and helpful. You could tell they wanted their guests to relax.

The breakfast was limited, though nice, and I didn't think the hotel was good value for money. We were also disappointed that no one warned us the masseur was on holiday, since we'd come to a spa hotel hoping to use the wellness facilities. The rooms are lovely, but a bit old-fashioned, and the aircon doesn't work very well.

We loved our long weekend and really didn't want to leave. The restaurant was superb: tiger prawns and chateaubriand cooked perfectly, with an excellent wine selection. Breakfast was divine, too. Our balcony looked out over the harbour, and the wellness facilities were fantastic. There's a rooftop sauna and infinity pool, plus an indoor pool, steam room, and gym downstairs. Absolutely amazing place to stay. We'll be back!
