The restaurant food was excellent. This is a very nice hotel too, with comfortable beds and a good location.

Take care when dining at the Italian Restaurant on the corner. The amount charged may differ from the price shown on the menu. Keep the original menu at your table to check, since they have two menus and one has inflated prices.

Breakfast is served at the nearby Looken in, and the buffet was amazing. The food was varied and all high quality, so for me it alone made staying here worthwhile. The inside of the hotel feels quite dated, especially the reception, which looks like it belongs in a 70s movie. The rooms, though, were very well equipped and I didn't find anything missing.

The breakfast is awesome, with lots of options to try. The hotel is very close to the bahnhof and the city centre. The rooms are good, though they could be better.

There’s no air conditioning, so the room isn’t comfortable in summer. It also has no minibar or safe. The main hotel entrance is closed, which means you have to go in through the back, where Da Sandro's kitchen restaurant is set up. That felt weird.
