We’ve already booked again for this year and are really looking forward to it. We’ve stayed here every year, including at the end of October 2025 after the change of ownership. The new owner is very friendly, and it felt just like home, as it did in earlier years. It’s great that there’s Wi-Fi now. The apartment is right on the Rhine at the back of the house, so the main road can’t be heard. It’s central and an easy walk into town. We’ve stayed nearby many times, and the landlady and her representative were very friendly. We felt at home and were very satisfied. We’ll definitely book again on our next visit.

The balcony was the highlight, and being near the train station was handy. Even so, the apartment is quiet because it faces the Rhine bank. The bathroom has been renovated and is lovely, with a great big shower. The kitchen is small but does the job. The furnishings are rather dated, though absolutely fine overall, with some wear here and there, like on the sofa. I would have appreciated Wi-Fi, too, but I’d definitely stay here again.

We loved unwinding on the balcony in the evenings, with a lovely view of the Rhine. The apartment was beautiful and clean, and had everything we needed. The landlady was nice and friendly 👍 We’d be glad to come back.

There’s a lovely park and the town of Linz, including its old town, close by, and the balcony has a great view of the Rhine and passing ships. The landlady was very friendly. This is a very nice holiday apartment, just like apartment 6. The downside is that there’s no Wi-Fi. We would have gladly paid 10 to 15 euros more per week for it.
