Atlantic Lübeck

The little details made a difference: there was an umbrella in the room, allergy information beside every breakfast item, brochures for local walks and tours in the hall, and a clean parking space prepared with my family name on it. The breakfast was nice, too. What stood out most was how well the staff kept each other informed. Something I discussed with one person in the evening could be picked up by another in the morning without me having to explain it all again. Everyone was friendly and ready to help, and communication with guests seemed just as good as communication among the team. The location and services were excellent. A clean, well-kept space matters, and this team also made information, comfort, and services easy to access. I wish them success and plenty of kind, respectful guests.

The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, fresh and tasty every day, and I loved being greeted by such pleasant people each morning. The receptionists were always extremely kind, too. I also really appreciated that they had special pillows for guests who need them. The neck support pillow they gave me was similar to the one I use at home and helped me sleep really well. I’d absolutely stay here again.

The room was great otherwise, and the hotel is lovely with excellent staff. If you don't particularly want a bath, ask for a shower-only room. The bath is tiny and makes showering more awkward.

The room had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a mini bar. We liked the hotel enough to extend our stay. The staff were amazing, and we felt valued as guests. We'd happily come back.
