Rhein City Hotel

The breakfast is basic, though perfectly okay. Rooms have plenty of space, are clean and well equipped, but the WiFi is painfully slow. Since reception is only open limited hours, you could arrive to find the door shut and need to hunt through the sheets pinned there for a mobile number to get your access code. The bathroom hair dryer also feels about 20 years old, despite the hotel only opening in 2018.

Breakfast's fresh orange juice was a real treat. I also found the bed very comfortable, and the TV was nice and large. The rooms are huge and come with a fridge and cooking facilities. I really liked staying here.

The price was very reasonable, and the staff were nice. I had fast internet and a tasty breakfast, too. My room and bathroom were modern and very clean. There's a little kitchen in the room with a fridge, microwave, toaster, cooker and cutlery, handy for making a quick bite. I'd recommend staying here.

We were there for several weeks, so having a kitchenette in the room was especially useful. The place is modern and very clean, and the staff are excellent, especially Artrida the Receptionist and the Manager Arijan, who both go out of their way to make your stay good. Shops sometimes close before you get back from work, so a vending machine for drinks and snacks would help. Bars and restaurants are all around, with a large shopping centre across the road. Mannheim is just a few minutes away by taxi or tram. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in the area.
