Public transport is close by, and parking is available. The staff are really friendly, breakfast is great and the coffee is good. For business trips, the Tulip Inn works well: the rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the beds are comfy. The pillows are too high by default, but rolling up a towel did the trick for me and I slept like a baby. I also really appreciate the hardwood floors since I don't like carpet in hotel rooms. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained.

Some reception staff didn't speak English and seemed visibly bothered by guests. Their manner came across as rude and unprofessional. Cleaning was poor in both the room and bathroom. I found my lost earrings under the bed covered in dust, suggesting the floor hadn't been cleaned for weeks, and there were visible marks in the bathroom left by previous guests.

The reception guy (Saif) offered no cooperation, and the service was awful. We booked and paid through booking.com, but when we arrived he said the booking had been canceled two minutes earlier, without giving a proper reason. He blamed booking.com, even though everything still looked fine there and we hadn't received any cancellation notice. I wouldn't recommend it.

My room was quiet and clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful. I love this hotel and would stay again if I get the chance.

Room service only happened after the first night, even though I requested it every day. I stayed four nights in total. The weekend reception service was terrible too. The lobby has water for guests during the week, but when it ran out and I asked, a staff member said he had other duties and might get more in an hour. Two hours later, he said he still had duties and couldn't bring water, or I could pay 3€ for a bottle. What kind of nonsense is that? Worst hotel reception service ever.
