Hotel Spreeufer

The room was spotless, and the daily cleaning kept it tidy. We also appreciated the quiet setting, parking, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, and modern setup, including the Samsung smart TV. The reception team were friendly and helpful, and we got a free upgrade to a room that suited us better, with a lovely view of the Spree River. That was a pleasant surprise. There’s no elevator or breakfast option, which would be nice to have, though plenty of places to eat are within walking distance. We were extremely satisfied and would happily stay again.

The friendly service and high hygiene standards made a strong impression on us. As someone with allergies, I was especially glad the hotel was so clean and well kept, with rooms cleaned daily. We spent four days there and were very satisfied. We were upgraded on arrival to a room overlooking the beautiful Spree River, which we really appreciated. Our room had a refrigerator for storing our own food. There’s no kitchen, breakfast, or similar service at the hotel, but the small old town has plenty of places to eat, so we didn’t find that necessary. We have no complaints.

After we had unfortunately booked other accommodation that we didn't like, this hotel saved our holiday. They welcomed us so warmly and let us check into a room at short notice. We ended up having some lovely days right by the Spree River.

We had a clean, pleasantly quiet room, and the host was incredibly friendly and keen to help. Our questions got answered, we were given useful tips, and they did what they could to assist us. There’s no breakfast at the hotel, but that suited us fine. The old town is just a five-minute walk away, with shops where we could look around for breakfast, which was actually a nice bonus. The hotel is lovely and well located. Everything was perfect, thanks for a wonderful stay.
