The rooms are open plan, so that layout may not work for everyone, but ours was clean and furnished well enough. The spa suited us perfectly. Breakfast was excellent, and the afternoon coffee and cake were a nice extra. At dinner on the half-board plan, there was a choice of meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes. We were welcomed so warmly, and everything was taken care of just as we wanted. The stay was fantastic. Every staff member we met was exceptionally kind to guests, service like this is something we've rarely, if ever, come across. The young restaurant staff especially deserve a mention for their friendly manner. We stayed from November 9th to November 13th, 2025. Thanks for a wonderful visit, and don't let a few complainers throw you off your success. Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️

At the Nivea House in Travemünde, I booked the "Dream Trip" massage package. The welcome at reception was friendly, and I liked choosing my own scented massage candle, but that took so long it came out of the massage time. The massage itself didn't feel good to me, almost amateurish. I've had Thai massages many times, and the women there do it much more professionally. This felt more like being oiled up than getting a proper massage. I paid €101 for about 45-50 minutes, while a 1.5-hour Thai massage costs me around €80. I wouldn't book it again.
