Atlantic Hotel Luebeck

The team handled everything so well, and I hope they have plenty of kind, respectful guests. Cleanliness and a well-kept space are a big part of hospitality, but easy access to information, services, and comfort matters too. This place gets all of that right. Communication stood out most to me. Every staff member was friendly and supportive, and what I discussed with someone in the evening was already known by their colleague in the morning. I could continue the same conversation without having to explain things again. They clearly communicate well with guests and with each other. There was an umbrella in the room, brochures in the hall about tours and walks, and a clean parking space marked with my family name, all thoughtful details. Breakfast was nice, with allergy information beside every item so there was no need to ask.

I slept really well with the neck support pillow they offered. It was similar to the one I use at home, and I really appreciated that they have special pillows for guests who need them. The receptionists were always so kind, and the phenomenal breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty every day. It was lovely to start the day with so many pleasant people greeting me. This hotel was phenomenal in every regard, and I'd absolutely stay here again.

The room was great otherwise, and the staff were excellent at this lovely hotel. If baths aren't your thing, ask for a room with just a shower. The bath is tiny and makes showering harder.

The room had everything we needed, including a comfy bed, air conditioning, and a mini bar. The staff were amazing and made us feel valued as guests. We liked the hotel so much that we extended our stay, and we'd be happy to return.
