The neighborhood didn’t feel safe to me either. Groups of teenagers outside the building were snorting drugs. And the customer service was appalling. It was impossible to reach a real person because everything went through AI, which was no help when the fire alarms sounded for four hours. I was told, “I don’t know 🩵,” and got no follow-up at all. Even after asking several times, nobody said whether it was a drill, an accident, or a real emergency. It may seem convenient until there’s a crisis. Don’t waste your money here.

Everything is handled by mobile, so this suits people who prefer not to deal with hotel staff. The room was clean and pleasant, and quite affordable. It’s only a few hundred meters from the Hostentor.

The room was in perfect order, and I really liked its standard. The building itself and the staircase made an impression too. A very nice place.

My dog and I both had such a lovely stay. Dogs are welcome, and the hotel even provided a bed, bowls, and a towel. Those thoughtful extras made us feel especially cared for. The Polaroid camera was a real highlight. We took lots of little memories home from our stay, and it was such a fun surprise. I’ve never seen a hotel offer one before, and I really appreciated it. Thanks for a warm, fun, pet-friendly visit. We’ll be back!
