The breakfast was great, and so was the fellow on board. It’s a brilliant location. The cabins are small, as you’d expect, but it’s a good option if you fancy something a little different...

Lübeck’s old town was an easy walk away, and the view was fantastic during our two nights on board last summer. The owners were very friendly, and the young man on board was courteous and helpful. The small cabins are basic but clean, with an okay bed. Getting in means climbing a somewhat steep staircase. Next time we’ll have breakfast in the old town. I’d gladly come again, and it’s a place I highly recommend for a night or two.
