The owner was friendly and the rooms were clean. The price was good for what we got. Check-in could be easier, though. It would help to have another way besides checking in by phone, such as putting the key box PIN directly in the booking confirmation.

We slept peacefully in a quiet, clean room with a lovely bathroom and thoughtful furnishings. We only stayed one night and didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on anything else. Many thanks.

The owner gave us a warm, courteous welcome, and we felt very comfortable. Our room and en-suite bathroom were clean and well furnished. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. We'll certainly visit the guesthouse again.

Breakfast was an absolute disaster. The manager doesn't seem suited to the job and didn't know how to do her duties or welcome guests properly. I'd avoid this guesthouse and the Stella guesthouse altogether.

The room was fine apart from missing hangers. We hadn't booked breakfast. The shower only had hot water, which wasn't what we wanted with the temperature outside at 35 degrees. The guesthouse is being renovated, and our sleep was over by 7 a.m. on Saturday: scaffolding stood outside our window, with loud knocking, sawing, and other noise.
