V Business Living Appartment

I tried the TV, but although it switched on, all I got was a blue screen. I reached the staff, though they couldn't fix it, so I spent the evening without television. This was my first visit, and I won't stay again. I had been told ahead of time that reception would be unattended and that the key was in a code-operated box. The lobby had complimentary coffee and tea, but no milk or sugar. Room 36 was hot and stuffy. The bathroom was mostly clean, though there was old hair and dust in the corners beneath the sink. The toilet was quite dirty, with reddish staining under the rim, visible without putting my head inside it.

The room had a lingering unpleasant smell, even after I aired it out for a long time, and it had seeped into the bed and bedding. Loud noise from other guests also woke me several times at night. I wouldn't book here again or recommend it based on my own stay. For check-in, there was no staff on site and guests had to use a key box. It took several phone attempts before an employee finally gave me the code. I wish they'd told me about that in advance. Edit: After a legal complaint, I changed this review. Since my original post, negative reviews have repeatedly disappeared, presumably with justification.

The rooms were really dirty, with grime everywhere...

Having your own kitchenette is a real plus, and on my next visit I'd pick this over a hotel room. The apartment building is lovely and central, near Stuttgart, with exceptionally upscale furnishings. It was very clean, and the service staff were super friendly. Highly recommended.
