The room was neat and clean, and the Wi-Fi and TV both worked perfectly. There's also a small fridge. The hosts were very friendly and easygoing, and the location is great, near the Main River, with a bus stop around the corner and several shops nearby. The price is excellent for what you get, and Maintal is a lovely location. There are some downsides: the duvets are thin, the mattress is worn, there's no holder for the shower head, and the soundproofing is patchy. Those issues may be manageable for some. I felt at home and would stay here again.

The bed in the reserve room was a disaster, with a low foam topper and musty bedding. There wasn't a hairdryer either, so I dried my hair by the air conditioning unit. I can't choose this place again. The rooms in the main building may be better, since they at least have decent beds, but I can't say for sure.

It's a pleasant little space of your own on the ground floor, with nice service, a tea and coffee bar, and inexpensive chips and drinks. I got a very friendly welcome, though it wasn't obvious at first which bell to ring.

We felt very comfortable here and got a really warm welcome. Everything was spotless, and we liked the decor and how nicely it was all arranged. Highly recommend it!
