Heike and Jens went out of their way to help us sort out a bureaucratic problem during our trip, and they made our son's birthday special with a thoughtful, happy surprise. We felt so warmly looked after. Doberschuetzer hof is spacious, clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Fresh flowers from the garden had been put out before we arrived, and the peaceful fields around the guesthouse made it easy to unwind. We'd love to come back. Thank you, Heike and Jens.

We slept really well because there was no noise or light. The place is a bit outside the city, but it's about a 10-minute drive. Everything we needed was there, including towels and dishes. If you want a sauna, make sure to book the smaller apartment.

We stayed in the apartments for a week, and the place turned out even better than I expected. The owners are an easygoing couple who gave us lovely accommodation and a few useful tips. I'd definitely come back.

The fully equipped kitchen was so inviting that we spent our first evening there instead of in the lovely large living room with its fireplace. The five of us had a wonderful Ascension Day weekend at the country house "Oberlausitz," a beautifully and luxuriously furnished home that lacked nothing. The hosts welcomed us in person and even helped unload the car. They were always available and happy to stop for a chat. The house works well for families and makes a great base for seeing Bautzen and the surrounding area. We'd love to return.

Getting to Bautzen or the nature reserve from here is easy, and the owners were friendly and helpful throughout. We rented both the house and an apartment for a family reunion and were delighted with them. Everything was spotless and ready for us. The modern, high-quality furnishings and careful details in each room made a lovely impression. Both kitchens had everything we needed, with plenty of matching dishes, glasses, and cutlery for a large group. We'd gladly come back.
