At least the room was clean. We paid €85 a night for a three-bed room, but the third bed was an uncomfortable foldaway and not suitable for an adult. Nobody told us about that beforehand. Breakfast cost €10 per person, which also felt expensive for what was provided.

Nice and clean, and breakfast in the morning was good.

The rooms were already warmed up when we arrived, which was especially nice in January with snow outside. Check-out went smoothly too. Earlier that day, they called to check roughly when we'd arrive, and the communication was easy and really friendly. The reception was very pleasant, and we felt welcome from the start. It's a wonderful guesthouse and good value for money. If we're in the area again, we'd definitely stay here.

I find it frustrating that I missed the information saying dogs aren't allowed, and then still had to pay half the price when I cancelled for that reason. I never even stayed in the room.

Because of a misunderstanding, this person wouldn't give me the room keys. We got the impression he didn't want to rent out his property, especially to a French client. I wouldn't go so far as to call it racism, but the feeling was very strong.
