The location worked well for me. I could walk to the city centre and main train station, and for one night the place was decent and cheap. My room was clean, the bed comfortable, and there was a small area to hang out. The downside is that the lobby and public areas close at 10pm, so there isn’t much chance to socialize. The front desk wasn’t very useful for tips on going out or getting around. Bastion was friendly and gave me some advice, but since he isn’t from Stuttgart, it was limited. The receptionist the next morning was no help at all.

A cozy, interesting hostel with a great location, good breakfast, and an adorable price. Nights can get a little noisy.

The service and location were good, but there are bed bugs, as other people have mentioned. The metal bunks also make a lot of noise, and the lockers are tiny. Towels cost €6 plus a €5 cleaning fee, and there’s no communal soap for the showers or hands. I left early for a better hostel up the road that was only €10 more.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean, comfortable, and really nice. The hostel is well located near the Hbf and the tram and bus station, with easy access to the Mercedes-Benz museum. Highly recommended!

Staff are super friendly, and the location is handy for lower town, with trams and a Lidl nearby. The rooms were okay and lockers are provided, but there are a lot of stairs and no lift. I had to move the beds to reach the power sockets. The toilets were always a mess. They also threw away my food from the fridge, though that might have been my fault, I’m not sure.
