There’s an easy breakfast to grab by the exit, and the basement has paid laundry and parking if you’ve got a car. The location is really handy, with tram connections to nearby areas. The receptionist was very sweet.

We ended up here after a bad experience with another hotel chain and were relieved to find it. The receptionist was so friendly, and the rest of the staff were great too. Everything was clean and the service was really well done. Would definitely recommend it.

Being right in the inner city means public transport is close by, and the location worked well for us. The studio was clean, with courteous staff and free Wi-Fi, though the signal was patchy in some rooms. There are a few useful utensils and space to make a small meal, and you can ask for a microwave. Rooms facing the road get noise from honking and passing cars. The rooms on the other side are peaceful, but don’t have much of a view.

The location is great for seeing Mannheim, but the room was much smaller than I expected. The website photos don’t show the standard room. At night, bass from a nearby club carried on until 4 a.m., which was the worst part.

The interior feels modern and everything is new. It’s a great hotel in Mannheim, though reception has limited hours, so checking in or out very early or late isn’t possible.
