The hotel itself is not bad. What stood out was the room service, which was very kind and professional.

The prices are great, and the food is fresh, tasty and excellent. Breakfast is simple but satisfying. The best part is the service: Mrs Shala and Frau Uma were wonderful, making things work whenever I needed something. Their welcome, honest hospitality and constant smiles were better than what I’ve had at a five-star hotel. It’s a small family-owned hotel. Madam Shala is the manager, and her husband is the main chef and an owner. The cosy family atmosphere makes up for the rooms, which are old-fashioned and feel like the 80s. Still, they could use upgrades, especially a renovation, and an elevator would help because the stairs are very steep.

The hotel team is always ready to provide the best accommodation service for its guests. There are many other hotels nearby that charge double or triple per night, so anyone who isn’t happy might find better accommodation there.
