We arrived with three small children after several delayed trains, and our arrival time had shifted a little. It took hours of trying to reach the hostess before she finally replied. By then she was unwilling to take us in, yet still charged us for everything. Even the phone call left me feeling she cared more about making money than having guests. I've never dealt with a hostess this unfriendly in my life. Aggressive, too. Stay away!

The rooms are right beside the Elbe and a busy road, so we didn't sleep comfortably. The advertised parking is only a very narrow space in the rear courtyard, and the hostess came across as unfriendly. There were four of us, split between two rooms with a courtyard between them. Breakfast for the next day is delivered in the evening. The restaurant only operates from 3 pm to 7 pm, and no one is around afterward. I really don't understand the positive reviews.

We were a family of four, but got two rooms in separate buildings, which wasn't relaxing with a child along. Traffic from the main road came through the windows throughout the day and evening, and there were some questionable people in the neighborhood. After 7:00 PM, there was no staff around and guests were left to themselves. The lady of the house struck us as bossy. She brought breakfast to our room in the evening so we could eat whenever we liked. We didn't see anyone eating in the restaurant. My idea of hospitality is quite different. Put simply, anyone who's been there once won't return. I can't recommend it.

It's a large apartment with little furniture, but everything you need is there. The owner was very friendly, and breakfast was excellent. You're right by the Elbe and still close to the city center.
