The old town, including the cathedral and castle, is an easy walk away, and on weekends we could park for free right outside. Mrs. Bohn welcomed us warmly, showed us to a cozy room, and shared great ideas for excursions and local restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. We had a wonderful weekend in Meissen, with Pension 22 playing a big part. We highly recommend this guesthouse.

The porcelain factory and the old town, including its cathedral and Albrechtsburg Castle, are only a short walk from Pension 22. Mrs. Bohn runs the place with real passion, and the rooms have a welcoming feel and thoughtful details. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The many thoughtful details and lovely decor at Pension 22 made us feel at ease as soon as we arrived. Mrs. Bohn’s warm, personal manner made us feel like her guests were her priority. She brings heartfelt passion and commitment to her work. That welcoming atmosphere made our weekend in Meissen a wonderful memory, and we felt completely at home.

Breakfast was a lovely surprise: everything was brought to the table, coffee refills included, so there was no need to keep getting up. It was plentiful, special, and delicious. The accommodation itself was spotless, cozy, and charming, with thoughtful touches everywhere. There are no carpets, which makes it suitable for allergy sufferers. My husband and I stayed at the charming little Pension22 in Meißen, and our daughter joined us in summer. The hostess was always smiling and checked whether we needed anything. The location was perfect for getting around on foot, and there was a parking space right outside for our beloved car. So special that I had to tell others.
