The staff were kind and helpful, though it seemed they had limited resources. We stayed three nights on a business trip with colleagues, after booking through Booking.com because of the booking points, but our experience didn’t match what we expected from those points. There were no slippers in the room, which surprised us, and after showering we had to put our shoes back on 😞. We chose the rich breakfast, but each morning it was served by different waiters and the contents of the plate changed, which was surprising. On the last day there was no hot food, perhaps because of a gas shortage or an oven problem, I’m not sure. We couldn’t get omelet or eggs. Dinner was not bad, but the menu was limited. We weren’t happy with the stay. I gave it three stars, though I’d rate it 2.5 :( 😞

The room was fantastic, spacious, and had everything you’d expect. The restaurant downstairs was really nice too, with good schnitzels and even better service.

The location is central and the room was really nice, but the reception was unattended. There’s no air conditioning, and leaving the windows open wasn’t possible because the restaurant downstairs was very noisy.

The food was quick and delicious, and the people were really nice to me. They also helped me find a different parking spot. I’ll come back next year. Recommended.

We enjoyed our stay so much! It’s a great hotel and restaurant, and the hosts were warm, welcoming, and very kind. Bis bald!
