The location worked brilliantly for what I needed, though it wouldn’t be fair to judge it as a base for Ulm or Stuttgart, since it’s in Merklingen. The place itself is lovely and clean. I didn’t need any service, and booking went smoothly.

Our car broke down on the way to Italy, so we booked here because it was closest to the ADAC garage. The support we got was incredible. They cleaned our room first so we could check in earlier than usual, and let us stay a bit longer on departure day. The lady at the front desk helped call a car rental company to make sure we got the right vehicle to continue our trip. When we asked about arranging a taxi there, the owner insisted on taking me himself. Our room was nice and spacious enough, with comfortable beds, and we enjoyed a tasty lunch and breakfast. Thank you so much for all the help. We hope we can come back for a real vacation. Best wishes from the family van Halm.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable, and the restaurant and breakfast were very nice too. It’s just 5 minutes off the A8 motorway, handy for an overnight break and dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was clean, and the service was really friendly. The hotel isn’t the most modern, but it’s absolutely fine, and the conference room is modern.

A handy place to stop while travelling, with friendly staff and good parking. It may be a little pricey, but I still think it’s good value for money.
