Hotel Residenz Luxury Apartments

The owner was incredibly helpful when my reservation was unexpectedly cancelled over a claim that my card had bounced. It happened the night before our arrival, and I was stressed and had no time to find somewhere else. The owner helped me rebook in the middle of the night, without any hassle, and I really appreciated it. Residenz Luxury Apartments in Metzingen was comfortable and well maintained. Our apartment was spacious, sensibly laid out, and spotlessly clean, which made the stay very pleasant. I’d happily return and recommend it to others coming to the area to shop.

We found welcome drinks and snacks in our clean, modern room, which also had a spacious bathroom. Getting in was simple with the self check-in and pin code, and it was good value for money. The train station and shopping area were both about five minutes away. We stayed one night in January and had a great time. We’ll definitely return when we’re in town.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and very clean, including the bathroom. It even came with Netflix, plus beverages, sweets, and chips. The staff were friendly, and picking up the room key was straightforward. The hotel is right beside OutletCity, with free parking just next to it.

We were four people, staying three nights in rooms 3 and 4. Both rooms were on the ground floor facing the street. There’s no reception, but messaging worked fine, and collecting and returning the keys was easy. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. We got welcome drinks and snacks, and the sheets and towels were changed every two days. WiFi could have been steadier, though that was a minor issue. The outlets are an 8-minute walk away, and there was plenty of room for all our shopping 😄
