We were very satisfied with the customer service and the information reception gave us before and during our August 2014 stay at the SensConvent Michendorf Hotel. VakantieVeilingen had rebooked us there because the hotel we'd originally booked went bankrupt. The rooms were good, and breakfast was good too, though unfortunately there were no eggs and bacon. Getting to Berlin from Hotel Michendorf (Potsdam) is easy. Michendorf Station is a 15-minute walk away, then it's about half an hour to Berlin city center. We're going back again this year.

The team served and prepared the brunch exactly to our satisfaction, and we had a wonderful celebration. I celebrated my milestone birthday with a big group of family and friends, and we'll cherish the memories for a long time.

Breakfast was good, but between 8:00 and 8:30 AM it can get incredibly busy, and the staff may not be able to cope. My tip is to eat early and get cycling by 8:00. It's a functional hotel with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The place isn't new, but it's well maintained. The location is ideal for visiting Berlin: we drove and brought our bikes. The cycling area around Michendorf, with Potsdam nearby, gives you the option to spend a week cycling in nature and also visit Berlin. Cycling through Berlin is AMAZING.
