The room was spacious, a double deluxe, and the location was about as central as it gets. Customer service was a struggle: it felt as though everything was far too much trouble. I also hadn’t expected loud disco music to go on until 03.15 in the morning. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of fresh food in a beautiful dining room. The hotel felt luxurious, was clean and bright, and beautifully decorated. Our spacious family room had the kids in a separate side room. We’ll definitely come back!

I was there just for a company gathering, held in a gorgeous banquet room. The buffet had both cold and hot plates. The waiters and waitresses were attentive, clearing dirty plates promptly and politely, and quickly checking on drinks or refilling them.

My room was spacious, and the bathroom was huge, with a good shower. The hotel has free WiFi, and it’s available across most of Minden too. I arrived early and the room wasn’t ready, but the staff were accommodating, and there was a nice bar where I could wait. It’s in a nice central location. Street side rooms can be a bit noisy in the morning, when you can hear deliveries over the cobbles.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and nice, and breakfast was good. The location is great, right in the city center. In summer it gets quite hot inside, and the windows can’t be opened fully, so the rooms need AC. Parking is available, though getting in with a big car isn’t easy, so be careful.
