It's been four weeks and I still feel like I've had a reset. Some of the rituals I learned have even become part of my daily routine. I've never come home from a holiday feeling this refreshed. The team and the whole experience were incredible. I'm going to make this an annual thing. Thank you!

The rooms are pretty basic. I'd pay the extra €100 for a sauna room in the main building or a tiny house, since those are more comfortable. The other rooms tend to have a few quirks. There are 60 to 80 people fasting at once, so it can feel crowded and lively during meals, talks, and activities. It spreads out over the day, though, and there's always someone to chat with, or you can enjoy some quiet. If you prefer not to be around people much, it might feel like a lot. For first-time fasters, I highly recommend it. The trails and scenery are beautiful, and the hikes range from 4-7 km for an easy walk, 7-8 km with nature talks, 12-15 km at a more relaxed pace, or a brisk 17-20 km with Luca. You can also go out on your own. Qi Gong, yoga, and meditation are included, and there are two small saunas with direct access to the lake. Massages are available by appointment, and I thought mine was fantastic. They cost €35 for half an hour. The Fasting & Hiking team was fantastic and looked after me so well. I had a wonderful time. They provide an app to help you prepare for four weeks of fasting, which worked perfectly for avoiding withdrawal symptoms from coffee, sugar, or cigarettes during the fasting week. There's also a really helpful four-week follow-up to support a healthier diet and lifestyle. If you want to reconnect with nature and yourself, spend time with nice people, get away from everyday stress, and give your body a reset, this is a great place. Thanks for a wonderful time.

The saunas are fantastic, and you can swim in the lake too. Around Mirow, there are lovely nature walks of all kinds, from relaxed strolls up to 5 km to hikes of 20 km. Just know that the group can be large, up to 65 people, and the day starts early at 6:45 am. I wish the website had made that clearer.
