Our room was warm, quiet, and clean, and we loved the delicious dinner and breakfast. My husband and I stayed here while hiking the Malerweg trail. It was easy to get here from Altendorf, just one bus stop. Everyone was so kind and tried their best to speak with us in English, since our German is pretty bad. Danke :)

We had Xmas lunch here and really enjoyed the delicious food. Service was prompt and friendly. The chainsaw carvings are fabulous too.

After a long day of walking, this is just the kind of basic, good food you need. The breakfast is good too, even if you’re staying somewhere else.

The menu is quite limited, but the food is delicious. The Hasubier is especially good, give it a try.

The bus stops right outside, and it’s a great place to set off on hikes. There are plenty of places to eat in the neighboring villages, which helps since the restaurant is closed. We had a wonderful three days here. Our family room was spacious and clean, breakfast was excellent, and the owners and staff were friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely come back to explore the area in a different season. See you soon!
