The views of the mountains from the nice rooms were lovely, and the hosts were really friendly. Breakfast was tasty, and there’s a great area nearby for walks and other outings. Recommended!

The warm, cozy feel reminded me of visiting my grandmother. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. The mountain views from this spot are breathtaking, and breakfast was delicious, fresh, and clearly prepared with care.

We stayed with the Böge family over New Year's Eve 2025/26 and had a great room. Breakfast was fantastic, the service was lovely, and they gave us good tips for sights and excursions. Highly recommended.

The bus stops right there, which made it easy to travel for free to the center of Mittenwald. Bäckeralm also has a lovely atmosphere, a beautiful setting, clean rooms, a nice breakfast, and a warm welcome. I forgot to thank you for the lovely farewell gift when we left, so I'm doing that now. Wishing the owners all the best for the future.
