Hello M&M, Even though our stay was short, we enjoyed it all the more. The vacation apartment was clean, lovingly furnished, and full of little details. Everyone was friendly and professional. We should come more often! Best wishes and continued success!

We'd gladly return to Erli house and highly recommend it. Online check-in worked perfectly, our guest cards were already in the room when we arrived, and the cleaning staff were very friendly. We spent three nights in July in the small Erli 3 apartment and were very happy. It is small, but it suited our needs perfectly. The furnished balcony has a lovely view and is a nice place to unwind in the evenings. The Erli house is decorated and furnished with great attention to detail, and communication with the owner was friendly, helpful, and straightforward. There were no extra charges for bed linens, towels, and so on, which was fantastic. One small suggestion: the bathtub/shower combination is a bit dated. We knew that ahead of time, though, and it wasn't a problem at all. Thank you!

We ended our stay early because we no longer felt welcome, which was a real shame since we had been looking forward to it. The way we were treated overshadowed the visit. We did use the whirlpool until 10:44 p.m., past the 10:00 p.m. quiet-hours start. That was our mistake, and we admit we overlooked the rule. But we had called first because the sauna couldn't heat up in the evening, and were clearly told the whirlpool was fine. Three people heard the conversation. We kept quiet, didn't disturb anyone, and weren't disrespectful. The next day we politely asked whether two or three people, all women, could use the wellness area. A public response claimed we planned to bring "male people" and turn the sauna into a party zone. To us, that was unprofessional and came close to defamation. Then we got a surprisingly forceful email asking us to call about our "behavior from the previous day." The call was shocking. We were lectured in a loud, emotional, unfriendly tone and accused of deliberately ignoring the rules. Our explanations were dismissed, and the condescending tone made it sound as if we were teenagers secretly planning a party. We're adult working women who value respectful interaction. We were especially disappointed that we were completely barred from the spa area over the alleged "unauthorized use" of the whirlpool, even though we'd booked and paid for it without any problem. We felt stereotyped, treated with prejudice, and publicly misrepresented. Guests make mistakes, but the way a business handles them says a lot. This felt neither professional nor fair.

We agree with another review describing false accusations and unfair treatment. The operator emailed asking us to call about our behavior, and the phone conversation was extremely emotional and inappropriate. We were accused of breaking the rules about the whirlpool and a designated rest period, though we hadn't been told about it or had overlooked it. The operator said a colleague had expressly forbidden us from using the wellness area the night before. That wasn't what we experienced: we had explicit phone permission to use the whirlpool because the sauna wouldn't heat up in time, and were also told we could use the sauna the next day as planned. During the call, we were accused of intentions that were completely unfounded, which felt disrespectful and biased. We'd prepaid for the wellness area, so being denied access afterward was especially disappointing. The treatment was so unpleasant and unprofessional that we no longer felt welcome and cut our trip short. We find that confrontational tone toward guests unacceptable, especially when we'd made every effort to discuss things in advance. The experience put a real damper on our stay.
