The owners were very pleasant, and the apartment was spotless with a big balcony and magnificent mountain views. The one we stayed in as a couple had no separate bedroom: by day, the room was the living room and the two beds folded into a closet. The kitchenette was basic, with a very small sink, no draining board, and no oven. The larger apartments might be better equipped.

The balcony looks out over the Karwendel Mountains, and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. They also had useful suggestions for mountain hikes and tours. Highly recommended.

The bread delivery was great, and the family gave us some really good tips. We stayed at Haus Rustikana a week ago, in a very clean apartment with a large balcony and a fantastic view of the Karwendel mountains. Everything was wonderful, and everyone was so nice.

The apartments are practical but still comfortable, and we felt right at home. The hosts were very, very nice and shared valuable hiking tips.
