Haus Schweigart

Everything was very clean and spacious, and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. You can walk to anywhere in Mittenwald.

Our apartment was lovely, with a big balcony and a fantastic view, and it was very good value. There were also lots of little extras, including free beer, bottled water, and sweets. The lady who runs the place was so friendly and helpful. Thanks so much, Karin. Hope to see you again very soon.

From the apartment, it was easy to walk to both the Old Town and several hiking trails, including the Lainbach gorge. Karin was a great host, and we enjoyed our stay in Mittenwald. The apartment was clean and perfectly functional, and we had lovely views of the Karwendel Alps from our room. Parking inside the gated compound was a plus.

The terrace was huge and had an astonishing mountain view, while the rooms themselves were compact. The apartment was comfortable and perfectly equipped, with a kitchen, bedroom, and toilet. Its style was old fashioned, though the bathroom was modern and clean. The owner was polite and attentive, and suggested a few nearby places to see. The kitchen had pots, pans, spoons, knives, a corkscrew, spices, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator stocked with complimentary beers, juices, and water. There were plaids and chair covers on the terrace, along with the usual bedroom items. The location was good: REWE was a five-minute walk away, while Aldi and Lidl were a ten-minute drive. The hotel had free parking. The one drawback for people with allergies was that the pillows were feather, not synthetic.
