The host family were very friendly. The apartments were lovely, with a roomy bedroom, a proper kitchenette and a dining room. The bathroom was comfortable and had a shower.

We stayed the night after going to a match at Borussia Park, and it was a very pleasant stay. The owner was friendly, the place was close by, and it had everything we needed.

The Pelzer couple were lovely hosts, quick to answer questions and easy to deal with. I stayed by myself for three weeks in the smaller apartment, and I highly recommend it. For 2-3 people, I'd personally pick the larger one, which I got to see during my stay. The location is great: buses stop right by the building, and shops, restaurants and Nordpark are all within walking distance. The kitchen had everything I needed. The apartment was very clean, with weekly cleaning and regular changes of towels and bed linen.

The owner was really friendly, and the room was fine for the price. A bath mat and a bathroom shelf would've been useful.

Being close to Borussia Park, the Minto shopping center in the city, and the motorway route to Düsseldorf and Cologne makes this a great base. The vacation apartment is beautiful and high quality. Highly recommended.
