There’s even a beer machine in the lobby that runs 24/7, and parking is plentiful and free. Breakfast is simple and nice. The rooms are a bit compact, but the layout works well and there’s plenty of desk space. The radiators are easy to adjust, and everything was impeccably clean. It’s family-run.

You can sit in the hotel lounge and try locally made Fischer beer from the vending machine. Their Fischer brewery is right behind the hotel. The place itself is modern and family-owned.

There are a few restaurants you can walk to, with more just a short drive away. The staff were warm and willing to help, and the hotel was clean and well cared for. Some rooms have recently been redecorated. I’d definitely recommend it when staying around Mossingen.

The brewery theme is everywhere, from old brewery photos on the walls to beer sold in the vending machine. The brewery offers visits at certain times. Rooms were clean, and breakfast was good.

This is the place we choose for business trips to Hechingen, and it works perfectly for “medical valley.” The hotel is owner-run, with very clean rooms and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff are especially friendly.
