Ferienhaus Kirschblute

Anyone wanting peace and quiet will find it here. The hosts are very friendly, and the holiday home has beautiful furnishings and good amenities. A fantastic place. We’ll definitely return.

We could easily have stayed longer than 10 days. The house was cozy and comfortable, spotless, and had everything we could possibly need. There are hiking trails and lots of interesting places close by. Communication with our host, Claudia, was easy and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation!

The cottage is clean and great, with everything thought of, and you can park right on the property. In good weather, the lovely back veranda is a nice place to sit or have breakfast. The owner also provided fresh eggs 👍 The nearby bakery I mentioned before, down the road on foot, has since closed. For us, the location felt too remote and a bit boring. It’s peaceful if that’s what you’re after. We had some rain, which was part of why we didn’t walk much, although we also had plenty of dry weather. We found the excursion options limited: Monschau made a day trip, but beyond that getting around became challenging, and a car was needed for everything. There are beautiful roads, so it could also make a good base for a motorcycle trip.

It’s beautifully quiet and rural here, and everything is super clean and well cared for. We’d love to visit again.
