I checked out today after three months here. They gave me a good offer at the start, and I had a comfortable bed and a nice apartment, the garden apartment on floor 4. We had agreed on weekly cleaning. In the first few weeks I often didn't get enough towels or shampoo, and a shaving kit was rare. Reception weren't very responsive, especially Britta. Later, as the cleaning got worse, I found three spiders in my bed. I raised it with the hotel manager. He wasn't very kind, but he responded quickly, and they immediately improved the cleaning and provided more towels and shampoo. I dealt with two receptionists, Shevvy and Britta. I've stayed in lots of hotels around the world, and I can't remember meeting a receptionist as rude and unprofessional as Britta. She was one of the biggest downsides of this hotel. In my second month, after I told her I'd found more spiders, she said something like, “If you don't like our hotel, go find another hotel.” Can you imagine? Shevvy, on the other hand, was professional, responsive, and very kind. She's truly a sweetheart. Another downside is that there's rarely anyone to help with bags, and reception closes in the evenings.

They remove low ratings and negative reviews. Read my review and decide what Google calls “Defamation”. Saying the room wasn't equipped well enough was apparently considered defamation. Google said it had received a complaint about the URL for defamation, and that the affected content was a post in Germany that apparently violated that rule. The result was access restriction. The notice said Google was then applying that action to the affected content on Google Local Reviews for users worldwide. ★★ They charge like a four-star hotel and say they are one. We booked their most expensive room. It was spacious, had a bathtub, and came with a beautiful garden, but that was about it. There was no fridge, room service, kettle, or coffee maker. The only facilities were two small shampoo bottles and two glasses. Breakfast was very limited, with no cake or viennoiserie. There was just one small plate at the table and no extra plates, so during covid we had to put on our masks and get up to refill our plates several times. It was super annoying.

The room was cold, and the shower doors wouldn't shut properly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great.

There are spacious rooms, and some categories have balconies. A kitchen is also available with some bookings. From the rooms, you get lovely, scenic views of the forest and streets. Breakfast is available, too. I found the service very professional and courteous, and this is one of the best hotels in mulhiem to stay at.

We had their most expensive room, which was spacious, with a bathtub and a beautiful garden, but there was no fridge, room service, kettle, or coffee maker. All we had in the room was two small shampoo bottles and two glasses. Breakfast was poor and limited, with no cake or viennoiserie. There was only a small plate on the table and no extra plates available. During covid, that meant putting on a mask and getting up to refill our plates a few times, which was super annoying.
