The food, service, and breakfast were all really good. The location is idyllic, yet Münster is quick to reach. There’s a lovely beer garden, a children’s playground, and mini golf. The rooms are showing their age and are only average. I spent two nights at the Landgasthof Pleister Mühle.

There’s a lot to enjoy here, from the food, drinks, outdoor seating, and indoor dining to mini golf and canoeing. Being able to rent a canoe is my favorite part, and it’s a fun spot to hang out with friends or family, have a drink, enjoy the sun, or take a river trip. The mini golf course needs some repairs or an upgrade, since quite a few defects affect the game.

It’s a lovely setting, with beautiful surroundings. You can have a beer or coffee outside while playing mini golf, or walk through the forest and listen to the running water.

The daily menu has about 15 choices, including a few vegetarian dishes, and the food was amazing. Staff were really friendly, prices seemed pretty reasonable, and there’s a great view over the Minigolf course from outside. There are options for kids too.

The food and service are high quality. Even on a busy Sunday morning, the pretzels were fresh and the staff served them with a smile. It’s a nice restaurant, café, and Biergarten, with rooms, mini golf, and canu rental too. The 'mühle' in the name refers to a nearby water mill. Only the building remains, and it doesn’t seem to be connected to this Landgasthof.
