The standard rooms were fine and cleanliness was okay, though it could be better. The location is good, but the bathrooms need updating and repair. For one night we were put in a room for wheelchair users, and it was completely impractical and much too small. The only closet was behind the automatic door, so if you put anything in it, the door couldn’t close. The bathroom was huge but had no usable counter or place for toiletries. The shower curtain had mold, and the whole bathroom smelled damp and unclean. They moved us to a regular room after that. The staff weren’t very pleased with the request, even though they admitted from the start that guests usually have problems with that room.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. Nice hotel in Munich, close to Münchner Freiheit and with great U-Bahn connections.

The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. Our room had been modernized, was small but nice, and everything in the very small wet cell worked well and was new. The shower was relatively large. The only really minor issue was the ground-floor room facing the atrium court. Construction was going on, and workers sat there at 7:15 in the morning to smoke, eat, and talk. We could hear every word, so we had to keep the curtains and window closed.

A big plus is that it’s dog friendly. The service from most of the employees was excellent and made our stay very pleasant. The hotel is on a main street with lots of options nearby, easy access to the tram, walking distance to the underground station, and convenient highway access. The rooms could use renovation. The outside is under construction, so rooms may be noisy during the day and sunlight might be obscured. Parking is extremely narrow, not for Sunday drivers.
