The room was clean and looked new, but the twin room itself was really small. The toilet was cramped, and with only half a shower screen, water ended up all over the toilet area. At least the shower stayed hot even late at night, with good pressure. The lift is tiny, too, fitting just two people and two bags. There was no air conditioning, fan, kettle, or mugs. We were there in the second half of August, when the weather felt quite spring-like, so the lack of cooling wasn't an issue. Breakfast was optional, from 6.30am to 11 am. It would have been good if guests could at least get free coffee, as we'd assumed. The nearest bus stop is 150 metres away, and the bus takes 3,4 minutes to reach Munchen Pasing train station. There are shops and what looks like a mall nearby, though we didn't use them since we were out day-tripping from dawn until late at night. The price was okay, euro 137 for 3 nights.

Breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were clean, though small, about the size of a cruise ship room with two twin beds. The lift is tiny, so you may end up taking the stairs. Coming from America, I expected AC, but there isn't any. The windows open all the way, yet the room was still too warm for me and I slept very uncomfortably.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was satisfied with the service overall. The hotel is in a nice old building near a bus stop, with the tram stop a 12-minute walk away. Rooms and washrooms are small but clean, though the walls are thin. I'd like to stay here again.

I had trouble with my hotel reservation. A woman treated me very well on my first call, but when I called again, a man was rude and very unfriendly. I didn't feel understood at all. I hope they improve their customer service. I wouldn't recommend calling the hotel to book.
