Cheap, but it feels really risky staying here. Everything around the place seemed suspicious and dangerous, like being in a Tarantino movie. Please don't even consider it.

I paid 45 euros for one night and got a tiny room with one small bed, even though the listing said twin beds. The room was cramped and dirty, the toilet smelled bad, and there was no WiFi. Cigarette smell from neighbouring rooms and noise around the hotel kept me awake for the 8 hours I was there. The street has strip clubs and women from “that” kind of business. I saw a woman arrive with a client, smile at the receptionist, and get a room key from him. The staff member at reception was very rude and racist if you weren't German. When I complained that I'd paid for a twin bed and a bigger room, he said, “no this is what we can give you if you want better quality pay 20 euros more.” I’m angry and very unhappy about the night, and feel I should get my money back. This is not Germany anymore!

I asked for a refund after finding the room unsafe and unfit to stay in. They said I would get one, but 10 days later there’s still no refund and no email from Booking.com about the process. Worse, they threatened not to refund me if I left a bad review. The room had mold, cigarette butts, dirt, stained sheets and pillows, plus a broken air conditioner, hairdryer, and lamp. There were even blood stains. When I said I couldn’t stay there and didn’t feel safe, I was told rudely, “Then leave, I don’t want you here either.” Never choose this place. They’re scammers and totally unprofessional. I’d rather sleep outside, it would be safer and cleaner.

The service was basic but fine. We asked for extra towels to mop up water from the small shower, which had a curtain, and they brought them quickly. Someone also knocked unexpectedly to check something about the water. I don't speak German, so I wasn't sure what they said, and a warning beforehand would've helped. The room was very dirty: black mould in the bathroom, stained curtains, dust everywhere, and an unclean toilet. The beds were small but not uncomfortable. I give one star only when a room is unliveable, so this is a LOW two-star rating. The location works if you need to be near the station, but it’s not good for exploring Munich’s sights. I wouldn’t stay here for that.
