The family room worked for us because we needed three separate beds, and the staff were super friendly. The location is great. Breakfast is excellent value and highly recommended. Just be aware the lift is tiny and doesn't reach the floors themselves, so there's one flight of stairs to walk up or down each time.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and I was especially impressed by the breakfast to go. I had to check out at 5 a.m., and it was the best hotel breakfast to go I've ever had. The room and service were great too. I had a wonderful stay, thank you for such a pleasant experience!

The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, a good place to unwind after spending the day exploring. Staff were attentive, friendly, and ready to help with questions or requests. Check-in and check-out both went smoothly and professionally. Munich was a perfect place to stay. The hotel is close to the main attractions, public transport, restaurants, and shops, and I had a wonderful stay here.

I stayed four nights and felt safe walking around the area, even after dark as a woman on my own. The station is a five-minute walk away, and a grocery store nearby was useful for picking up salads or sandwiches for a quick bite. The room brochure had plenty of helpful tips. There was no AC, but even with temperatures in the 90s, the windows and fan kept me cool. My single room was more spacious than I'd expected, and it was cleaned daily. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, some of the friendliest I've met. When I got confused by the trains, they took time to explain which trains and stations I needed to reach my destination. I'd highly recommend this place.

The breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty of choices and everything I tried tasting fresh and very good. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the hotel feel welcoming. My room was spotless, comfortable, and carefully maintained, so I felt relaxed as soon as I arrived. Everything was clean, organized, and thoughtfully prepared. I truly enjoyed my stay and will happily come back on my next visit.
