The location is good, the bar is great, and the staff are kind. But this place is mainly a bar, with the hotel coming second, so reception is handled at the bar. That's fine during the day. At night, when it's PACKED, checking in or getting help means waiting among people trying to order drinks. The rooms are small and basic, and I found the decor stuffy and stale. The staircase smells like a bar because, well, it is one. I wouldn't stay here again.

A central spot in Alt town, with a high end bar and restaurant downstairs. The decor and fittings are lovely, and the place has real atmosphere. Everyone on staff was professional, especially the management. Honestly, send your six star staff here to learn what real hospitality looks like. A must stay, absolutely fabulous. Thank you for a great experience.

The restaurant and bar were amazing, and the staff were fantastic. The hotel is extremely walkable for the whole Marienplatz district. Just know you'll need to carry your luggage up the stairs. I'll definitely stay here again.

Yasin was so helpful and friendly, and the rest of the staff were super helpful too. We really enjoyed this adorable hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and it's in an amazing spot that makes it easy to get everywhere. There's no elevator, which wasn't a problem for us. We had a great stay and definitely recommend it!

The bed was comfortable, and the room was small but adequate. There’s no lift, so be ready to climb a lot of stairs. There’s no refrigerator either, and that was a problem for us.
