We were only looking for a basic overnight stop on the way to a family vacation, but we left in under ten minutes and booked somewhere else. The cheap-looking price didn't make this feel like a suitable place for a family. When I parked, several young men came out of the building through an entrance that wasn't the main one. They were loud, laughing uncontrollably, and seemed clearly not sober. The surroundings felt unsafe, and from outside I noticed dirt, a smell, and an atmosphere more like a red-light street than a hotel. After our vacation I got a 65,05 EUR parking fine from this “hotel.” They had photos of my car with entry and exit timestamps, but I hadn't seen clear signs saying parking was charged or monitored. It felt less like hospitality and more like a scam. For us, the environment wasn't safe enough to stay, and the risk of hidden charges made the low price meaningless.

I was nervous after reading the comments, but the place was very clean when I arrived, and I didn't find any bedbugs during my stay. The reception staff were helpful, the WiFi is free and worked fine, and ordering Uber Eats was easy. Getting to Messe Munich on a Lime ride cost only 1-4 euro. The route was relaxed and went past a forest, and the air in the area was nice.

The place is far from the center, though I knew that before booking. What I didn't expect was paying 5€ for WiFi that didn't work and another 2€ for hot water. Parking costs 7€ a day, even though you can park for free 10 meters down the road. There was a guy outside at 11pm making sure nobody parked for free. We even had to ask for toilet paper.

We got a five-bed room for a really reasonable price, and it was great. Everything was very clean and the staff were pleasant. The breakfast choices were delicious, though the coffee wasn't very good.

The room wasn't ready or clean when we checked in. The furniture was dirty, the beds smelled, and the floor felt sticky. Outside, we saw a man selling drugs, and there were several shady-looking “OPEN” signs in nearby apartments.
