The pillows were some of the best I’ve had in a hotel, firm and such a treat as an American traveler. Our minibar was stocked, and the water pressure was excellent. The room faced the street, so there was some noise. Next time I’d choose a courtyard-facing room so we could open the windows and have more quiet. The staff were wonderful. Special shout-out to Vladimir at the front desk, who checked us in warmly and explained everything thoroughly. I also liked leaving our key at the desk, which is staffed 24/7. It’s a simple, smart system during Oktoberfest, when it’s easy to misplace things after a fun night out. Harras train station is about a 10-minute walk away, and from there it’s just two stops to the south entrance of Oktoberfest. The area around the hotel has lots of cafes, shops and grocery stores. The stay exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely book again for my next Oktoberfest visit. Highly recommend!

The breakfast room is a little small and the food selection limited, so if you stay for a while you may get used to having the same things. You do get fresh-squeezed orange juice, plus your choice of coffee or tea. The room was clean and tidy, the staff very nice, and there’s an elevator if you need it. It’s a good three-star hotel. There’s no kettle in the room, but the water is very hot, so you can make tea directly.

The staff were lovely and the rooms comfortable. It takes a bit of a trip to reach the center on the U6, though you can also walk or take a bus to the U-Bahn station. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable, but at that price you’ll want to make the most of it. The coffee was weak for my taste.

The room was impeccably clean, which matters most to me, and the bed was comfortable. It was super peaceful too, not loud outside at all, just birds. The staff were mega friendly. I really appreciate that they respected my request to remove the decorative pillows because of my allergies. Thank you!!
