The food was delicious from the fish soup and beef tartare through to the crème brûlée. The foie gras with strawberries and strawberry sauce was another highlight, with those flavors really popping on the palate. We had a wonderful evening, with high-quality cooking and great service. I can highly recommend Le Stollberg to everyone.
We ordered three dishes to share between the two of us and were surprised that they served each dish on separate plates for both of us. Everything was excellent, and the portions were enough to leave us full, even though it was 10 o'clock at night. The waiters were very polite and attentive, and I’m so grateful to the cook. My daughter and I came across this restaurant by chance today and were thrilled we did. Saying the food was delicious doesn’t cover it, it was amazingly good, 110 points out of 100)). We’ll definitely come back next time we visit Munich. I highly recommend visiting.
Everything tasted delicious, and the service was great. Our first meal in Munich definitely made an impression. Wow!
I called the day before our reservation to ask about vegetarian dishes, and the restaurant kindly prepared a few options after I enquired. I tried the risotto with green and white asparagus, and it was a sumptuous meal. Matthias looked after our table, was very friendly, and kept checking that we were enjoying everything. Thank you, Matthias! :)
We had the four-course menu, with a glass of wine served alongside each dish. Excellent, highly recommended!
