The breakfast and saunas are nice, and the location is very good. I’ve stayed here several times, and before they’d let us into the room before 3 if it was ready. This time they said it was ready but wanted 35€ for the keys before 15:00. Also, what they called a “king bed” was two beds that kept sliding apart.

The room was spacious, modern, and really clean, and I had a great time at the Steigenberger hotel. The restaurant staff at Valentinum were lovely. Aiyda served me and was warm, kind, and accommodating. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Munich.

I’m in Munich often for work and keep choosing the Steigenberger. The rooms are comfortable, the service is always welcoming, and I love the breakfast. There are plenty of veggie and vegan options at the hotel bar and restaurant. The waiting and bar staff are lovely too. Aida served us this evening and was friendly and attentive.

I had a fantastic stay at the Steigenberger. The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast and dinner were especially great. The staff, including Aida, were friendly and helpful. I’d happily stay again and recommend it.

Our room was lovely, clean, and spacious, with a beautiful, roomy bathroom. We could open the windows for some fresh, cool air. We were there in late August, when nights were around the low 60s. The whole hotel was beautiful, and we loved staying there. It’s close to downtown without being so close that it gets noisy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bar staff were exceptional. Thanks you Steigenberger! We’ll stay here again if we’re ever in Munich.
