Hotel Rotkreuzplatz

The location is awesome, with the subway ( U and S) right across the square and Oktoberfest just 3 stops away. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were amazing. It does get a little expensive during Oktoberfest, about 400/night versus around 150 at other times, but it still felt like a 3/4 star experience. I'd stay again.

I felt comfortable and at home coming back after a long walk through the hot Munich sun. The room climate was well controlled, and the small one bedroom was clean and had everything I needed. I would have liked a little fridge for my water and food during the hot summer, but managed without one, and cold drinks were available at the front desk. The staff were so kind and accommodating. They helped me a great deal with the wild parking situation around the hotel and made me feel welcome. It was right where I needed to be. Thank you very much ❤️

The rooms are modern, and the hotel is in a great area. The reception staff were great too, even answering my joke with a joke when I checked in.

I liked having enough room to write, with two lamps in the room, and the space felt cozy and comfortable. It was really clean too. The staff were very friendly. One of the women at the front desk kept my luggage for a few days while I was off to Austria. When I came back, there was a note by the door, and my suitcases were already in the room. So nice and sweet. I'd love to visit again.
