The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was okay, nothing special, and felt dated, especially the bathroom, which seemed cheap. We got caught in a thunderstorm, but there was no heater in the room to dry our clothes. An electric heater in the bathroom might be useful. Parking was very expensive and isn’t managed by the hotel. If you take your car out after 24 hours, two days of parking can end up costing more than the actual daily rate.

The area around the hotel was quiet and pleasant, but there wasn’t much nearby. It’s quite far from the centre, somewhere between the exhibition site and the main urban area. The rooms were just okay. Bathroom amenities were low quality, and a lot of standard items were missing. Breakfast was basic too. For what it costs, the experience felt expensive.

We had two adjoining rooms for our family vacation, which gave us a nice balance of privacy and time together. The beds were comfortable, the washroom small but functional, and the front desk staff friendly and efficient. We didn’t have breakfast, at 17 euros per person. I did wish there were a small fridge. The hotel is very well located, with parking available and the tram and subway very close by. They’re easy to use, and the price for two or three days in a row is good. I’d come back, thanks.

The main draw here is the location. Facilities have been cut back to the bare minimum, at the expense of comfort. Don’t count on a coffee machine or even a kettle in the room. Breakfast was passable.
