The online check-in was convenient, and there’s no need for a reception desk. The rooms feel brand new, with modern fittings, good equipment, and everything clean. It’s a simple but just-right hotel in München, in a pleasant, quiet, green neighbourhood. The metro station is rather far away, so I’d recommend it if you’re traveling by car.

We had a car, and parking was easy to reach, spacious, and fine for a large vehicle. The drive to the city centre was about 20 to 25 minutes. Staff quickly helped us generate the room access PINs, even though we’d booked at the last minute. The rooms had the essentials, check-in was smooth, and the beds were very comfortable. I also liked having coffee and tea, and my room’s shower was fully enclosed. My mother’s room was a different story: she found a couple of insects and caught one under a cup, and the half-open shower left water all over the floor. In my room, the shower box had no shelf for shampoo, so I had to keep squatting to reach it, which was uncomfortable. I’d stay here again, but would ask for a fully enclosed shower and perhaps window screens to keep bugs out. All in all, a very good stay.

The building walls were so thick that my phone barely had reception, and the signal was only a little better by the window. For example, I couldn’t watch YouTube in bed. The toilet was worse. After a full day in the city, I came back to find it filled with dirty water, as though it had been used and clogged. It had been fine before I left that day, but when I tried flushing, the water rose. I reported it. Since it was the weekend, someone only came on Monday to unclog it, and it was still really dirty afterward. I couldn’t use the toilet for two days. I saw others had sewer problems too, so I wanted to share my experience. A disaster.

The apartment had a small kitchen, a room, and a bathroom with a shower, all clean and nicely designed. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The building is new and pleasant, there’s parking nearby, and an elevator goes to the first floor. The service was good and the Wi-Fi excellent.
